附 則
This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1952.
この法律は、昭和二十七年九月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 12, paragraph (4) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended also apply to a worker who, at the time this Act comes into effect, is receiving compensation for absence from work under the provisions of paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Article, and, where a ground falling under any of the items of paragraph (4) of these Supplementary Provisions arises with respect to that worker, the government revises the amount of that compensation for absence from work in accordance with that paragraph and pays it.
改正後の労働者災害補償保険法第十二条第四項の規定は、この法律施行の際同条第一項第二号の規定による休業補償費を受けている労働者についても適用あるものとし、且つ、その労働者につき、この附則第四項各号の一に該当する事由があるときは、政府は、同項の例により、その休業補償費の額を改訂して支給する。
