Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2012; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成二十四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第二条の規定（障害者自立支援法目次の改正規定、同法第一条の改正規定、同法第二条第一項第一号の改正規定、同法第三条の改正規定、同法第四条第一項の改正規定、同法第二章第二節第三款中第三十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第四十二条第一項の改正規定、同法第七十七条第一項第一号の改正規定並びに同法第七十七条第三項及び第七十八条第二項の改正規定を除く。）、第四条の規定（児童福祉法第二十四条の十一第一項の改正規定を除く。）及び第六条の規定並びに附則第四条から第十条まで、第十九条から第二十一条まで、第三十五条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）、第四十条、第四十二条、第四十三条、第四十六条、第四十八条、第五十条、第五十三条、第五十七条、第六十条、第六十二条、第六十四条、第六十七条、第七十条及び第七十三条の規定 平成二十四年四月一日までの間において政令で定める日
