第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2001.
この法律は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（労働者災害補償保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the treatment of fractions in the amount of insurance proceeds paid as a pension under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act pertaining to periods before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前の期間に係る労働者災害補償保険法の規定による年金たる保険給付の額の端数の処理については、なお従前の例による。
