附 則
This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1955.
この法律は、昭和三十年九月一日から施行する。
Of the businesses of catching aquatic animals and plants by fishing vessel for which the relationship between the insured business and the workers' accident insurance has been established pursuant to the provisions of the former Act at the time this Act comes into effect, a business for which it is actually unknown at the time this Act comes into effect whether its fishing vessel still exists is presumed to have been abolished on the day set forth in each of the following items:
この法律の施行の際旧法の規定により保険関係が成立している水産動植物の採捕の事業であつて漁船によるもののうち、この法律の施行の際現にその漁船の存否が分らないものについては、次の各号に掲げる日に、その事業は、廃止されたものと推定する。
For a business for which one month or more has elapsed, before this Act comes into effect, since the day on which it became unknown whether its fishing vessel still exists: the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect;
この法律の施行前その漁船の存否が分らなくなつた日から一箇月以上を経過しているものについては、この法律の施行の日の前日
For a business for which one month has not elapsed, before this Act comes into effect, since the day on which it became unknown whether its fishing vessel still exists: the day on which a period of one month from the day on which it became unknown whether that fishing vessel still exists expires.
この法律の施行前その漁船の存否が分らなくなつた日から一箇月を経過していないものについては、その漁船の存否が分らなくなつた日から一箇月の期間が満了する日
The provisions of Article 15-2 of the new Act also apply to a worker who was employed, before this Act came into effect, in a business for which the relationship between the insured business and the workers' accident insurance had been established pursuant to the provisions of the former Act, and for whom it is actually unknown at the time this Act comes into effect whether the worker is dead or alive because, before this Act came into effect, the vessel or aircraft on board which the worker served sank, capsized, crashed, was lost or went missing, or because the worker, while serving on board a vessel or aircraft, went missing during its navigation.
この法律の施行前旧法の規定により保険関係が成立していた事業に使用されていた労働者であつて、この法律の施行前その乗り組む船舶若しくは航空機が沈没し、転覆し、墜落し、滅失し、若しくは行方不明となつたことにより、又は船舶若しくは航空機に乗り組み、その航行中行方不明となつたことにより、この法律の施行の際現にその生死が分らないものについても、新法第十五条の二の規定は、適用する。
