A person who, for an indecent purpose, commits any of the acts set forth in the following items against a person under sixteen years of age (in the case where the person under sixteen years of age is thirteen years of age or older, limited to a person born on a day five years or more before the day on which the person under sixteen years of age was born) is punished by imprisonment for one year or less or a fine of 500,000 yen or less:
わいせつの目的で、十六歳未満の者に対し、次の各号に掲げるいずれかの行為をした者（当該十六歳未満の者が十三歳以上である場合については、その者が生まれた日より五年以上前の日に生まれた者に限る。）は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
requesting a meeting by coercing the person, by using deception or by enticing the person;
威迫し、偽計を用い又は誘惑して面会を要求すること。
repeatedly requesting a meeting despite having been refused;
拒まれたにもかかわらず、反復して面会を要求すること。
requesting a meeting by giving money or any other benefit, or by offering or promising to give it.
金銭その他の利益を供与し、又はその申込み若しくは約束をして面会を要求すること。
A person who commits the crime prescribed in the preceding paragraph and thereby meets with the person under 16 years of age for an indecent purpose is punished by imprisonment for 2 years or less or a fine of 1,000,000 yen or less.
前項の罪を犯し、よってわいせつの目的で当該十六歳未満の者と面会をした者は、二年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
A person who requests a person under 16 years of age to perform any of the acts listed in the following items (with regard to the act listed in item (ii), limited to a case in which making that person perform the act is indecent) (in the case where that person under 16 years of age is 13 years of age or older, limited to a person born on a day 5 years or more before the day on which that person was born) is punished by imprisonment for 1 year or less or a fine of 500,000 yen or less:
十六歳未満の者に対し、次の各号に掲げるいずれかの行為（第二号に掲げる行為については、当該行為をさせることがわいせつなものであるものに限る。）を要求した者（当該十六歳未満の者が十三歳以上である場合については、その者が生まれた日より五年以上前の日に生まれた者に限る。）は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
taking a pose of engaging in sexual intercourse, anal intercourse or oral intercourse and transmitting images of it;
性交、肛門性交又は口腔性交をする姿態をとってその映像を送信すること。
beyond what is listed in the preceding item, taking a pose of inserting, or having inserted, a part of the body (excluding the penis) or an object into the vagina or anus, a pose of touching, or being touched on, the sexual parts (meaning the genitals or anus or the areas surrounding them, the buttocks or the breasts; the same applies hereinafter in this item), a pose of exposing the sexual parts, or any other pose, and transmitting images of it.
前号に掲げるもののほか、膣又は肛門に身体の一部（陰茎を除く。）又は物を挿入し又は挿入される姿態、性的な部位（性器若しくは肛門若しくはこれらの周辺部、臀部又は胸部をいう。以下この号において同じ。）を触り又は触られる姿態、性的な部位を露出した姿態その他の姿態をとってその映像を送信すること。
