A person who creates a traffic hazard for a train or tram by damaging a railway track or railway sign, or by any other means, is punished by imprisonment for a definite term of two years or more.
鉄道若しくはその標識を損壊し、又はその他の方法により、汽車又は電車の往来の危険を生じさせた者は、二年以上の有期拘禁刑に処する。
