A person who obstructs the flow of traffic by damaging, or blocking a road, waterway or bridge is punished by imprisonment for 2 years or less or a fine of 200,000 yen or less.
陸路、水路又は橋を損壊し、又は閉塞して往来の妨害を生じさせた者は、二年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
A person who commits a crime prescribed under the preceding paragraph, and thereby causes the death or injury to another person is dealt with by the punishment prescribed for the crimes of injury or the preceding paragraph whichever is greater.
前項の罪を犯し、よって人を死傷させた者は、傷害の罪と比較して、重い刑により処断する。
