Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Formalities of Holographic Wills
第六条（自筆証書遺言の方式に関する経過措置）
With regard to a holographic will made before the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 968, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the New Civil Code, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日前にされた自筆証書遺言については、新民法第九百六十八条第二項及び第三項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
