第二十九条（契約の成立に関する経過措置）
With regard to an offer of a contract made before the Effective Date and the acceptance of that offer, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to an offer of a contract for which notice was issued before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 526 of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to an offer of reward to the public made before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 529 through 530 of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前にされた懸賞広告については、新法第五百二十九条から第五百三十条までの規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
