第三十条（契約の効力に関する経過措置）
With regard to the defense of simultaneous performance and the bearing of risk relating to a contract concluded before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に締結された契約に係る同時履行の抗弁及び危険負担については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 537, paragraph (2) and Article 538, paragraph (2) of the New Act do not apply to a third party beneficiary contract concluded before the Effective Date.
