第二十条（不可分債権、不可分債務、連帯債権及び連帯債務に関する経過措置）
With regard to an indivisible claim prescribed in Article 428 of the Former Act that arose before the Effective Date (including one for which the juridical act that is its cause was performed before the Effective Date), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に生じた旧法第四百二十八条に規定する不可分債権（その原因である法律行為が施行日前にされたものを含む。）については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to an indivisible obligation prescribed in Article 430 of the Former Act and a joint and several obligation prescribed in Article 432 of the Former Act that arose before the Effective Date (including those for which the juridical act that is their cause was performed before the Effective Date), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に生じた旧法第四百三十条に規定する不可分債務及び旧法第四百三十二条に規定する連帯債務（これらの原因である法律行為が施行日前にされたものを含む。）については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Articles 432 through 435-2 of the New Act do not apply to a claim prescribed in Article 432 of the New Act that arose before the Effective Date (including one for which the juridical act that is its cause was performed before the Effective Date).
新法第四百三十二条から第四百三十五条の二までの規定は、施行日前に生じた新法第四百三十二条に規定する債権（その原因である法律行為が施行日前にされたものを含む。）については、適用しない。
