Supplementary Provisions, Article 19Transitional Measures Concerning Right to Demand Revocation of Fraudulent Act
第十九条（詐害行為取消権に関する経過措置）
With regard to the right to demand revocation of a fraudulent act relating to an act in the case where, before the Effective Date, an obligor performed a juridical act knowing that it would prejudice an obligee, as prescribed in Article 424, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧法第四百二十四条第一項に規定する債務者が債権者を害することを知ってした法律行為がされた場合におけるその行為に係る詐害行為取消権については、なお従前の例による。
