Supplementary Provisions, Article 18Transitional Measures Concerning Obligee's Right of Subrogation
第十八条（債権者代位権に関する経過措置）
With regard to the obligee's right of subrogation relating to a right belonging to the obligor prescribed in Article 423, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, in the case where that right arose before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧法第四百二十三条第一項に規定する債務者に属する権利が生じた場合におけるその権利に係る債権者代位権については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 423-7 of the New Act do not apply to a right that the assignor prescribed in that Article has against a third party and that arose before the Effective Date.
新法第四百二十三条の七の規定は、施行日前に生じた同条に規定する譲渡人が第三者に対して有する権利については、適用しない。
