第十二条（指図債権に関する経過措置）
With regard to a claim payable to order prescribed in Article 365 of the Former Act that arose before the Effective Date (including one for which the juridical act that is its cause was performed before the Effective Date), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に生じた旧法第三百六十五条に規定する指図債権（その原因である法律行為が施行日前にされたものを含む。）については、なお従前の例による。
