附 則
This Act comes into effect as of January 1, 1981.
この法律は、昭和五十六年一月一日から施行する。
With respect to inheritance that commenced before this Act comes into effect, the provisions of the Civil Code before its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 continue to apply.
この法律の施行前に開始した相続に関しては、なお、第一条の規定による改正前の民法の規定を適用する。
