第三十三条
With regard to a will made before the New Act came into effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 1079, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, for which confirmation under the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article has not been obtained, the provisions of Article 979, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the New Act apply mutatis mutandis.
新法施行前に旧法第千七十九条第一項の規定に従つてした遺言で、同条第二項の規定による確認を得ないものについては、新法第九百七十九条第二項及び第三項の規定を準用する。
The same as in the preceding paragraph applies to a will made before the New Act came into effect, in the event of distress of a vessel belonging to the Navy, in accordance with Article 1079, paragraph (1) of the Former Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 1081 of the Former Act, for which confirmation under the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article has not been obtained.
新法施行前に海軍所属の艦船遭難の場合に旧法第千八十一条において準用する旧法第千七十九条第一項の規定に従つてした遺言で、同条第二項の規定による確認を得ないものについても、前項と同様である。
