第三十二条
The provisions of Article 906 and Article 907 of the New Act apply mutatis mutandis where the Former Act applies with respect to succession to an estate pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (1) of these Supplementary Provisions.
新法第九百六条及び第九百七条の規定は、第二十五条第一項の規定によつて遺産相続に関し旧法を適用する場合にこれを準用する。
