第一条（施行期日）

This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
第五条（事業団の設立）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Establishment of the Corporation
The Corporation is established upon registration of its establishment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article.
事業団は、前条の規定による設立の登記をすることによつて成立する。
