A person who fails to appear without legitimate grounds, refuses to testify or swear an oath or who gives false testimony in violation of the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (5) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 48, paragraph (5)) is punished with a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen.
