第七十三条の二第一項第二号及び第三号、第七十三条の三から第七十三条の六まで、第七十四条の二（本邦内における輸送に係る部分を除く。）、第七十四条の三並びに前三条の罪は、刑法第二条の例に従う。
The crimes set forth in Article 73-2, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii), Articles 73-3 through 73-6, Article 74-2 (except for the part pertaining to transportation within the territory of Japan), Article 74-3, and the preceding three Articles are to comply with the cases set forth in Article 2 of the Penal Code.
