次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
A person falling under any of the following items is punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
他人名義の在留カードを行使した者
a person who uses a residence card in another person's name;
行使の目的で、他人名義の在留カードを提供し、収受し、又は所持した者
a person who provides, receives or possesses a residence card in another person's name for the purpose of uttering; or
行使の目的で、自己名義の在留カードを提供した者
a person who provides their own residence card for the purpose of uttering.
前項（所持に係る部分を除く。）の罪の未遂は、罰する。
An attempt to commit the crime referred to in the preceding paragraph (except for the part pertaining to possession) is punishable.
