A person who departs or who attempted to depart from Japan in violation of the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (2), or Article 60, paragraph (2), is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 300,000 yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine.
