主任審査官は、第五十五条の八十五第一項の規定により出国命令を受けた者が同条第三項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反したときは、当該出国命令を取り消すことができる。
If a foreign national who has been given a departure order pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-85, paragraph (1) violates any of the conditions imposed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article, the supervising immigration inspector may revoke the departure order.
