入国者収容所長等は、入国者収容所等内における感染症の発生を予防し、又はそのまん延を防止するため必要がある場合には、被収容者に対し、第五十五条の四十一第二項及び第三項の規定による健康診断又は第五十五条の四十二の規定による診療その他必要な医療上の措置をとるほか、予防接種、当該疾病を感染させるおそれがなくなるまでの間の隔離その他法務省令で定める措置をとるものとする。
If it is necessary in order to prevent the occurrence of an infectious disease within the immigration detention center, etc. or to prevent its spread, the director of the immigration detention center, etc., in addition to conducting medical examinations for detainees pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-41, paragraphs (2) and (3), or providing medical treatment pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-42 and taking other necessary medical measures, is to take vaccination, isolation until there is no longer a risk of infecting others with that disease, and other measures specified by Ministry of Justice Order.
