Article 8-2-6Cases Specified by Cabinet Order, etc. under Article 78-18, paragraph (1) of the Act as Replaced Pursuant to the Provisions of Article 17-11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
The cases specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 78-18, paragraph (1) of the Act as replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 17-11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are, with regard to a beneficiary of the employees' old-age pension on the day on which a request for a class III split of standardized remuneration was made, the cases listed in the following items, and the periods specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in that paragraph as replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 17-11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are the periods specified in those items according to the category of case listed in those items:
法附則第十七条の十一の規定により読み替えられた法第七十八条の十八第一項に規定する政令で定める場合は、三号分割標準報酬改定請求があつた日における老齢厚生年金の受給権者について、次の各号に掲げる場合とし、法附則第十七条の十一の規定により読み替えられた同項に規定する政令で定める期間は、当該各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める期間とする。

in the case where, with regard to a beneficiary of the employees' old-age pension under the provisions of Article 42 of the Act who is an insured person, the beneficiary has again acquired status as an insured person after revision under the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (3) of the Act and revision, etc. of standardized remuneration on a class III split has been made (excluding the case where revision under the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (2) of the Act was made between that acquisition of status and the revision, etc. of standardized remuneration on a class III split): the insured period before the month in which the beneficiary last lost status as an insured person in connection with the revision under the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (3) of the Act;
