Article 3-6-2Technical Replacement of Terms in Provisions on Decisions on Standardized Remuneration, etc. in Calculating the Amount Equivalent to the Standard Monthly Remuneration, etc. of Employed Persons Age 70 or Over
Where the provisions of Articles 20 through 25 of the Act apply mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 46, paragraph (2) of the Act, the words listed in the middle column of the following table in the provisions listed in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the words listed in the right-hand column of that table.
