Article 179Indecency by a Person Having Custody of a Person under 18; Sexual Intercourse by a Person Having Custody of a Person under 18
第百七十九条（監護者わいせつ及び監護者性交等）
A person who commits an indecent act upon another person under eighteen years of age by taking advantage of the influence arising from the fact of having custody of that person is punished in the same manner as prescribed in paragraph (1) of Article 176.
十八歳未満の者に対し、その者を現に監護する者であることによる影響力があることに乗じてわいせつな行為をした者は、第百七十六条第一項の例による。
A person who engages in sexual intercourse, etc. with another person under eighteen years of age by taking advantage of the influence arising from the fact of having custody of that person is punished in the same manner as prescribed in paragraph (1) of Article 177.
