Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Provisional Release
第九条（仮放免に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 54, paragraphs (2) through (7) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 apply to dispositions made on or after the Effective Date upon a request for provisional release made pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act or ex officio, and with regard to dispositions (including dispositions concerning payment of the deposit) on a request for provisional release made pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph before the Effective Date on which no disposition has been made at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条改正後入管法第五十四条第二項から第七項までの規定は、施行日以後に入管法第五十四条第一項の規定によりされる仮放免の請求により又は職権で行う処分について適用し、施行日前に同項の規定によりされた仮放免の請求であってこの法律の施行の際その処分がされていないものに対する処分（保証金の納付に関する処分を含む。）については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the effect and revocation of the provisional release of a person who is actually provisionally released pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 at the time this Act comes into effect or a person who is provisionally released under the provisions then in force pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の際現に第二条改正前入管法第五十四条第二項の規定により仮放免されている者又は前項の規定によりなお従前の例により仮放免される者に対する当該仮放免の効力及びその取消しについては、なお従前の例による。
