Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Incidental to the Partial Amendment of the Administrative Complaint Review Act
第二十一条（行政不服審査法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 55-72, paragraph (2) and Article 55-73, paragraph (3) of the Immigration Control Act as amended by Article 2 during the period until the day before the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc. to Promote Regulatory Reform for the Formation of a Digital Society (Act No. 63 of 2023; hereinafter referred to as the "Digital Regulatory Reform Promotion Act") come into effect, the term "Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications" in those provisions is deemed to be replaced with "posting it and publishing a notice to that effect at least once in the Official Gazette or other official bulletin or in a newspaper", and the term "Ministry of Justice Order" with "posting it".
デジタル社会の形成を図るための規制改革を推進するためのデジタル社会形成基本法等の一部を改正する法律（令和五年法律第六十三号。以下「デジタル規制改革推進法」という。）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日の前日までの間における第二条改正後入管法第五十五条の七十二第二項及び第五十五条の七十三第三項の規定の適用については、これらの規定中「総務省令」とあるのは「掲示し、かつ、その旨を官報その他の公報又は新聞紙に少なくとも一回掲載して」と、「法務省令」とあるのは「掲示して」とする。
