the provisions in Article 1 amending Articles 19-5 and 19-11 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act"), the provisions in Article 3 amending Articles 9 and 12 of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Act"), and the provisions of Articles 2, 22 and 23 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation;
