Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 9 months from the date of promulgation;
附則第四条の規定 公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
the provisions amending Article 19-16, item (ii) and Appended Table I (2), and the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation.
第十九条の十六第二号及び別表第一の二の表の改正規定並びに附則第五条の規定 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
