Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (1)
第一項
A person who is residing with the status of residence of "Investor/Business Manager" in Appended Table I (2) of the Former Immigration Control Act at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a person residing with the status of residence of "Business Manager" in Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Immigration Control Act"). In this case, the period of stay accompanying that status of residence is the period until the day corresponding to the day on which the period of stay accompanying the status of residence of "Investor/Business Manager" expires.
この法律の施行の際現に旧入管法別表第一の二の表の投資・経営の在留資格をもって在留する者は、第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「新入管法」という。）別表第一の二の表の経営・管理の在留資格をもって在留する者とみなす。この場合において、当該在留資格に伴う在留期間は、当該投資・経営の在留資格に伴う在留期間が満了する日に応当する日までの期間とする。
