Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
The provisions of Article 24, item (iii)-4 of the Immigration Control Act apply to a person who, on or after the Item (iii) Effective Date, has engaged in any of the acts set forth in item (iii)-4, sub-items (a) through (c) of that Article, or incited or aided them.
入管法第二十四条第三号の四の規定は、第三号施行日以後に同条第三号の四イからハまでに掲げるいずれかの行為を行い、唆し、又はこれを助けた者について適用する。
