第二十条
The provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1), item (v) of the New Immigration Control Act apply to a person who, on or after the Effective Date, has been granted permission pursuant to the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (1) or Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the New Immigration Control Act by deceit or other wrongful means.
新入管法第二十二条の四第一項第五号の規定は、施行日以後に偽りその他不正の手段により、新入管法第五十条第一項又は第六十一条の二の二第二項の規定による許可を受けた者について適用する。
