Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Incidental to the Partial Amendment of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act by the Provisions of Article 3
第六条（第三条の規定による出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (c) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Immigration Control Act") apply to a person who, on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect, has engaged in human trafficking prescribed in Article 2, item (vii) of the New Immigration Control Act, or incited or aided it.
第三条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「新入管法」という。）第二十四条第四号ハの規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に新入管法第二条第七号に規定する人身取引等を行い、唆し、又はこれを助けた者について適用する。
