Article 55-33Handover of Goods Held in Custody

第五十五条の三十三（領置物の引渡し）

The director of the immigration detention center, etc. is to hand over the goods held in custody to a detainee when the detainee leaves the facility.

入国者収容所長等は、被収容者の出所の際、領置している物品をその者に引き渡すものとする。
