Upon commencing the detention of a detainee in the immigration detention center, etc., the director of the immigration detention center, etc. must notify the detainee of the following matters:
matters concerning the lending and provision of goods and the use of goods obtained at one's own expense;
物品の貸与及び支給並びに自弁に関する事項
matters concerning the handling of personal belongings in possession prescribed in Article 55-29, paragraph (1) and other money and goods;
第五十五条の二十九第一項に規定する保管私物その他の金品の取扱いに関する事項
matters concerning health, hygiene and medical care;
保健衛生及び医療に関する事項
matters concerning religious acts;
宗教上の行為に関する事項
the rules to be observed prescribed in Article 55-48, paragraph (1);
第五十五条の四十八第一項に規定する遵守事項
matters concerning visits and the sending and receiving of correspondence;
面会及び通信の発受に関する事項
the measures against which a request for examination may be filed, the administrative agency with which the request for examination is to be filed, the period for filing the request for examination, and other matters concerning applications for review;
審査の申請を行うことができる措置、審査の申請をすべき行政庁及び審査の申請期間その他の審査の申請に関する事項
the acts concerning which a report may be filed under the provisions of Article 55-74, paragraph (1), the authority to which the report is to be filed, the period for filing the report, and other matters concerning reports under the provisions of that paragraph; and
第五十五条の七十四第一項の規定による申告を行うことができる行為、申告先及び申告期間その他の同項の規定による申告に関する事項
matters concerning the filing of complaints.
苦情の申出に関する事項
The notification under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be given in writing, pursuant to Ministry of Justice Order.
前項の規定による告知は、法務省令で定めるところにより、書面で行うものとする。
