Supplementary Provisions, Article 51Transitional Measures Concerning the Setting of the Rate Prescribed in Appended Table 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2000 Amendment Act
第五十一条（平成十二年改正法附則別表第一に規定する率の設定に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application in fiscal year 2005 of the provisions of the Notes to Appended Table 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2000 Amendment Act as revised by the provisions of Article 27, the phrase "the rate pertaining to a month belonging to the year before the relevant fiscal year" in those Notes is deemed to be replaced with "0.926".
平成十七年度における第二十七条の規定による改正後の平成十二年改正法附則別表第一の備考の規定の適用については、同備考中「当該年度の前年度に属する月に係る率」とあるのは、「〇・九二六」と読み替えるものとする。
