第四十六条（対象となる離婚等）
The provisions of Article 78-2, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 12 do not apply to a case where there was a divorce or similar circumstances (meaning divorce or similar circumstances prescribed in that paragraph) before April 1, 2007 (excluding cases specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).
第十二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十八条の二第一項の規定は、平成十九年四月一日前に離婚等（同項に規定する離婚等をいう。）をした場合（厚生労働省令で定める場合を除く。）については、適用しない。
