With regard to the suspension of payment of old-age pension benefits prescribed in Article 130, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act, that a surviving employees' pension Fund prescribed in Article 3, item (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act pays, or of old-age pension benefits that a surviving Pension Fund Association prescribed in Article 3, item (xiii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act pays (meaning the old-age pension benefits under Article 160, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to Article 61, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act, or under Article 161, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to Article 61, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act), to a beneficiary of an employees' old-age pension for whom the suspension of payment of part of the pension has been lifted based on an application under Article 38-2, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 12, with respect to which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
