第四十七条（当事者への情報提供の特例）
The parties prescribed in Article 78-2, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 12, or either of them, may file the request under Article 78-4, paragraph (1) of that Act even before the day on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect.
第十二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十八条の二第一項に規定する当事者又はその一方は、附則第一条第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日前においても、同法第七十八条の四第一項の規定による請求をすることができる。
