Supplementary Provisions, Article 27Transitional Measures Concerning Insurance Premium Rates

第二十七条（保険料率に関する経過措置）

With regard to the insurance premium rate under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for a class 3 insured person prescribed in Article 5, item (xii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, the phrase "135.8/1,000" in Article 81, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 6 is replaced with "149.6/1,000".

昭和六十年改正法附則第五条第十二号に規定する第三種被保険者の厚生年金保険法による保険料率については、第六条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第五項中「千分の百三十五・八」とあるのは、「千分の百四十九・六」とする。

The insurance premium rate under this Act as it stood on 1 September of the year three years before the year in which the fiscal year in question begins; half of it is taken from 0.910 in working out item (iii) of Article 43-2, paragraph (1), one of the factors of the rate of fluctuation in nominal net wages (名目手取り賃金変動率).

class 3 insured person
第三種被保険者（だいさんしゅひほけんしゃ）
In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, a person insured under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (as a category 1 employees' pension insured person (第一号厚生年金被保険者)) who works regularly underground at a mine as defined in Article 4 of the Mining Act, or as a seafarer as defined in Article 1 of the Mariners Act on a ship as provided in Article 6, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, other than a class 4 insured person or a voluntarily continued mariner insured person.
鉱業法（昭和二十五年法律第二百八十九号）第四条に規定する事業の事業場に使用され、かつ、常時坑内作業に従事する厚生年金保険法による被保険者（第一号厚生年金被保険者に限る。）又は船員法（昭和二十二年法律第百号）第一条に規定する船員として厚生年金保険法第六条第一項第三号に規定する船舶に使用される同法による被保険者（第一号厚生年金被保険者に限る。）であつて、第四種被保険者及び船員任意継続被保険者以外のもの
