第二十八条（従前の特別保険料）
The provisions then in force continue to govern special insurance premiums for a bonus, etc. (meaning a bonus, etc. prescribed in Article 89-2, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 6) before April 2003.
平成十五年四月前の賞与等（第六条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第八十九条の二第一項に規定する賞与等をいう。）に係る特別保険料については、なお従前の例による。
