第十九条（定時決定等に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the standardized remuneration for each month before April 1, 2003.
平成十五年四月一日前の各月の標準報酬については、なお従前の例による。
The standardized remuneration for March 2003 that was decided or revised before April 1 of that year pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (1), Article 22, paragraph (1) or Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 6 is the standardized monthly amount of remuneration for each month through August of that year.
平成十五年四月一日前に第六条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第二十一条第一項、第二十二条第一項又は第二十三条第一項の規定により決定され、又は改定された同年三月における標準報酬は、同年八月までの各月の標準報酬月額とする。
