Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures Concerning Deferring Payment of Employees' Old-Age Pensions
第十七条（老齢厚生年金の支給の繰下げに関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who has, before April 1, 2002, the right to receive benefits from an employees' old-age pension under Article 42 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 44-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 5 remain in force. In this case, matters necessary for the application of the provisions of that Article are specified by Cabinet Order.
平成十四年四月一日前において厚生年金保険法第四十二条の規定による老齢厚生年金の受給権を有する者については、第五条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第四十四条の三の規定は、なおその効力を有する。この場合において、同条の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
In the case provided for in the preceding paragraph, with regard to a person who has the right to receive an old-age basic pension under the National Pension Act, the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act prior to the amendment by Article 2 remain in force.
