第八十条
For the insurance premium rate under the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act for a class 2 insured person for the months listed in the upper column of the following table, the phrase "124/1,000" in Article 81, paragraph (5) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with the phrase listed in the middle column of that table, and the phrase "92/1,000" with the phrase listed in the lower column of that table, respectively.

次の表の上欄に掲げる月分の第二種被保険者の新厚生年金保険法による保険料率については、同法第八十一条第五項中「千分の百二十四」とあるのは同表の中欄に掲げる字句に、「千分の九十二」とあるのは同表の下欄に掲げる字句に、それぞれ読み替えるものとする。

The insurance premium rate under the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act for class 3 insured persons and voluntarily continued mariner insured persons is 136/1,000 (104/1,000 for a class 3 insured person who is a member of an employees' pension Fund), notwithstanding the provisions of Article 81, paragraph (5) of that Act.
第三種被保険者及び船員任意継続被保険者の新厚生年金保険法による保険料率は、同法第八十一条第五項の規定にかかわらず、千分の百三十六（厚生年金基金の加入員である第三種被保険者にあつては、千分の百四）とする。
With respect to a class 4 insured person, the provisions of the proviso to Article 82, paragraph (1) and Article 82, paragraph (3), Article 83, paragraph (1) and Article 83-2 of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act remain in force.
第四種被保険者については、旧厚生年金保険法第八十二条第一項ただし書及び第三項、第八十三条第一項並びに第八十三条の二の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
The provisions of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remain in force pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to voluntarily continued mariner insured persons.
前項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた旧厚生年金保険法の規定は、船員任意継続被保険者について準用する。
