第七十条（障害厚生年金の額の計算の特例）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 51 of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act, for the time being, the phrase "the day of disability assessment for the disability that constitutes the grounds for payment of the relevant employees' disability pension (or, for" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the day of disability assessment for the disability that constitutes the grounds for payment of the relevant employees' disability pension (or, for the employees' disability pension under the provisions of Article 47-2, paragraph (1), whichever is the later of that day of disability assessment or March 31, 1986; or, for", the phrase "the days of disability assessment for each of the combined disabilities (or, for" with "the days of disability assessment for each of the combined disabilities (or, for a disability provided for in Article 47-2, paragraph (1), March 31, 1986 where that day of disability assessment falls before April 1, 1986; or, for", and the phrase "the day of disability assessment for the base disability provided for in that paragraph)" with "the day of disability assessment for the base disability provided for in that paragraph is to be used)".
新厚生年金保険法第五十一条の規定の適用については、当分の間、同条中「となつた障害に係る障害認定日（」とあるのは「となつた障害に係る障害認定日（第四十七条の二第一項の規定による障害厚生年金については当該障害認定日又は昭和六十一年三月三十一日のうちいずれか遅い日とし、」と、「それぞれの障害に係る障害認定日（」とあるのは「それぞれの障害に係る障害認定日（第四十七条の二第一項に規定する障害については、当該障害認定日が昭和六十一年四月一日前にあるときは、昭和六十一年三月三十一日とし、」と、「基準障害に係る障害認定日）」とあるのは「基準障害に係る障害認定日とする。）」とする。
