Supplementary Provisions, Article 51Prior Dispositions under the Former Mariners Insurance Act
第五十一条（旧船員保険法による従前の処分）
Except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, dispositions, procedures and other acts done pursuant to the former Mariners Insurance Act or orders under it are deemed to be dispositions, procedures and other acts done pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act or orders under it.
この附則に別段の規定があるものを除くほか、旧船員保険法又はこれに基づく命令によつてした処分、手続その他の行為は、新厚生年金保険法又はこれに基づく命令中の相当する規定によつてした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
