To a person who, with the death of a person falling under the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding Article as the grounds for payment, has acquired, by the day before the Effective Date, the right to receive insurance benefits paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act by following the example of the previous pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension, the insurance benefits paid by following the example of that previous pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension continue to be paid, and the pension for surviving family under Article 58 of that Act is not paid.
