Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 13
第二十一条（第十三条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a person who would come to acquire the right to receive a disability pension before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 13, if the provisions of Article 47, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 13 had been applied from the day one year and six months before that date of enforcement, a disability pension under Article 47, paragraph (1) of that Act is paid from the month that includes the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 13.
第十三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十七条第一項の規定が第十三条の規定の施行の日の一年六月前の日から適用されていたとするならば、同条の規定の施行の日前に障害年金を受ける権利を取得することとなる者には、同日の属する月から同項の障害年金を支給する。
